📦 Shipping Policy – The Pantry at Willow & Olive Interiors
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that some products are fulfilled by our trusted suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels.
2. United Kingdom Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £5.99 (2–4 business days)
- Express Delivery: £7.99 (1–3 business days)
- Free Delivery: Free on all orders over £50 (2–4 business days)
3. International Delivery
- Standard International (0–5kg): £6.99 (2–11 business days)
- Standard International (5–10kg): £14.99 (2–11 business days)
- Standard International (10kg and up): £25.00 (2–11 business days)
- Selected countries (including UAE, Australia, Canada, and more): £23.99 (3–17 business days)
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, supplier location, and courier availability. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance.
5. Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking provided, Willow & Olive Interiors / The Pantry is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Made-to-order lead times
Many items in our shop are made to order. Lead times are shown on each product listing, and are typically:
- Made-to-measure lampshades, bows & smaller handmade items: 2–3 weeks production time
- Bespoke furniture (made to order): 4–6 weeks production time
Once your item is complete, it will be dispatched after production. If you have a deadline, please message before ordering and I’ll confirm what’s realistic.
Collection (available on any item)
Collection is available on any item by arrangement.
Please select the collection option at checkout (where available) or message after ordering to arrange a convenient collection time.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- EU (European Union)
- North America (United States & Canada)
- International (rest of world)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your basket.
Split shipping (important)
If your order contains items with different lead times (for example, small made-to-measure items plus bespoke furniture), your checkout may show separate shipments. This ensures correct delivery pricing and allows items that are finished sooner to ship without delay.
Dispatch & tracking
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation. Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided.
Customs & import taxes (EU / International)
For deliveries outside the UK, customs duties, local taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delivery details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible—changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
